Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin, a Canadian-New Zealander actor. Born in Winnipeg and raised in Wellington Paquin has made her acting debut playing Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress at the age of 11, making her the second youngest winner of the award in Oscar history. Paquin played Frankie Addams in a 1997 TV movie adaptation of the novel written by Carson McCullers The Member of the Wedding and also played a part in the title role as Queen Spain in Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997). She played teenage characters in of Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000), A Walk on the Moon (2000) as well as Polexia Aphrodisa groupie in Almost Famous (2000).
