Elizabeth Olsen

KimElizabeth Chase Olsen (born February 16, 1989) is an American actress. Born in Sherman Oaks, California, Olsen started acting at the age of four. Olsen starred in her first film character in the thriller Martha Marcy May Marlene in 2011 for which she received praise and nominations for an Critics' Choice Film Award in addition to other awards. This was then she was cast in the horror film Silent House. Olsen was nominated for a BAFTA Rising Star Award and she graduated from New York University two year later. Olsen was recognized for her role as the character Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet witch in Marvel Cinematic Universe media. She was in the films of superheroes Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015) as well as Captain America: Civil War (2016). She was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award as well as winning a Golden Globe Award for her performance in WandaVision. She was executive producer on and played in the film Sorry for Your Loss (2018-19), receiving a Critics' choice Television Award nomination.
