
Lowell began her acting career in Dangerously Close, followed by the role of a minor character in Club Paradise, starring as Robin Williams. [4] Her roles included co-starring with Bond girl Pam Bouvier, in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) and as the Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross, in 1996. She was also a part of Law & Order for two seasons. In 2005, she appeared in the same role as Jamie Ross on Law & Order: Trial by Jury. Then, in 2022, she reprised her role on the original series. Before getting the role, she was frustrated in her acting career. She applied to New York University's documentary-filmmaking program. [4] In the late 2000s, she stopped acting. Lowell was able to lend Lowell her voice and appearance in 2012 while reprising her Licence to Kill part in the video game 007 Legends.
